We truly want to make sure we are providing the best customer experience. Every order is packed with excellent attention to detail to ensure customer satisfaction.
 
RETURNS

We have a 7-day return policy on Non custom jewelry, which means you have 7 calendar days after order shows delivered to request a return. No returns/exchanges are available for customized jewelry.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase. Please note when returning an item you are ONLY ELIGIBLE FOR A E-GIFT CARD (store credit) for the purchase amount, this will not include shipping and tax fees. Checking for correct measurements and reading every description before purchasing is well advised to reduce customer returns.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will NOT BE ACCEPTED. Please note you are responsible to pay for all shipping and handling fees. 

 
DIGITAL PRODUCTS REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of digital products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit for any digital product purchases, including but not limited to digital downloads, eBooks, and any other e-files.
Please ensure you review your order carefully before completing your purchase, as we are unable to process refunds under the following circumstances:
    •    Change of mind after purchase
    •    Incorrect purchase of the digital product
    •    Incompatibility with your device 
    •    Failure to download or access the product due to technical difficulties on your end
However, if you experience issues related to product access please contact us at info@blossomjewelry.co within 7 days of purchase, and we will make every effort to resolve the issue.
By purchasing any digital product from our store, you agree to this refund policy.

 
ALL NON-RETURNABLE/ REFUNDABLE
Certain types of items cannot be returned, and are ineligible for a refund/store credit of any kind.
    •    Custom products (such as personalized items) 
    •    Pre-Order Items
    •    E-Gift cards
    •    Digital Products
    •    Earrings (due to sanitary reasons)/ Customized jewelry
    •    Marked Down Items (such as final sale)

   
EXCHANGES
You have 7 calendar days to request an exchange. Please review our return policy above before proceeding. If the product you'd like to exchange is out of stock, you'll automatically receive an e-gift card (store credit) for the purchase amount, excluding shipping and tax fees.
 
 
DAMAGES/FAULTY ITEMS
Unfortunately, we are NOT RESPONSIBLE for any items damaged in transit. Rest assured, all orders undergo a thorough quality check before shipping, and we take pride in securely packing every item. All packages are insured, so in cases of damage, a claim can be filed. Please note, insurance claims can take 14–30 days to resolve, so we appreciate your patience.
Please inspect your item(s) upon delivery and contact us immediately if you have received a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item. From the date your order is marked DELIVERED, you have up to 72 hours to email us at info@blossomjewelry.co with your name, order number, and photo/video evidence of the issue.
Failure to report within this time frame will VOID any dispute. If the dispute is accepted, you will be responsible for all shipping and handling fees. Each dispute is handled on a case-by-case basis, and we carefully consider every claim.
 
 
CANCELLATION
Due to our fast processing times, cancellations are only accepted within 2 hours of placing your order, unless the order has already been fulfilled. Please ensure that you double-check all details before completing payment.
Custom items, pre-orders, and digital products are not eligible for cancellation of any kind, as the information is immediately sent to our production team or processed automatically.

ORDER CHANGE
Unfortunately after order has been placed no changes can be made. Please be sure to double check order to assure everything is correct from sizing, spelling, shipping information etc.

 
SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION
Signature confirmation is required when a order is equal to or greater than $200.00 dollars. It can also be required on some custom products depending on the retail value amount.
 
 
ORDER SEPARATELY
AVOID LONG WAIT TIME WHEN PURCHASING READY TO SHIP ITEMS BY PURCHASING CUSTOM, PRE-ORDER AND READY TO SHIP SEPARATELY DUE TO THE DIFFERENCE IN PROCESSING TIME.
WHEN PURCHASING CUSTOM ORDERS, PRE-ORDER AND READY TO SHIP ORDERS TOGETHER PLEASE NOTE ALL ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED TOGETHER.
TO AVOID WAITING ON YOUR READY TO SHIP ITEMS (1-2 BUSINESS DAYS PROCESSING) PLEASE ORDER CUSTOM (WHICH TAKES 4-5 WEEKS PROCESSING), AND PRE-ORDER (WHICH TAKES 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS PROCESSING) SEPARATELY.

 
REFUNDS
To be considered for a refund, you must first initiate the return process.
All returns are ONLY ELIGIBLE FOR AN E-GIFT CARD (store credit) unless it is determined that we are at fault for sending a defective or incorrect item(s). If, upon evaluation, we find that we are responsible for the issue, we will make an exception and process a refund to your original payment method, minus shipping and tax fees. Please note that each dispute is evaluated individually, and a refund is not guaranteed.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item(s) and inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be refunded (minus shipping and tax fees) to the original payment method used during purchase. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your card issuer's processing times. Keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
If your return is approved but falls outside our 72-hour window for disputing damages or faulty items, or if you are otherwise not eligible for a refund, you will receive an e-gift card for the amount of the returned item, minus shipping and tax fees.
Please note: Any return requests made after 7 days from the delivery date are ineligible for store credit and will NOT BE ACCEPTED.

 
NO REFUNDS OR STORE CREDITS will be issued at any time for e-gift cards, custom or personalized items, digital downloads, or pre-orders, under any circumstances. Please ensure that all orders are double-checked before submission, as we are unable to make any changes once an order has been placed.
