Thank you for choosing Blossom Jewelry! Please review our shipping policy to ensure you have a smooth shopping experience. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.


PROCESSING TIME

All items on our website require 2 to 3 business days for processing before shipping. Please note that this processing time applies to all orders regardless of the shipping method selected at checkout.


SHIPPING

Shipping is provided by USPS/UPS. During checkout, you can view current shipping rates and estimated delivery times. Typically:

  • USPS Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days after processing

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email or SMS for your convenience.


GIFT CARDS & DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Gift cards and other digital products are delivered via email immediately upon successful payment processing. No physical shipment is required for these items.


SHIPPING SCHEDULE

  • We ship orders Monday through Friday.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

  • Orders placed on Monday will not necessarily ship the next day, as the standard processing time of 5–7 business days still applies.


SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates vary based on the size, weight, and destination of the package. The exact cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION

  • Incorrect Addresses: If incorrect or incomplete shipping information is provided, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees to reship your package.

  • Delivery Notifications: Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email or SMS notification with tracking details.

  • Missed Delivery: If you miss your delivery, please contact USPS or your local courier to arrange a pickup or redelivery.


LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

  • If your package is marked as "delivered" but you have not received it, please contact your local USPS office immediately for assistance.

  • Blossom Jewelry is not responsible for packages that are opened, damaged, or stolen after delivery. All packages are insured, and claims must be filed with USPS for reimbursement.


RETURN TO SENDER

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address or other customer error, the following policies apply:

  • You will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to reship the package.

  • If you choose not to have the package reshipped, an e-gift card (store credit) will be issued for the purchase amount, minus shipping and tax fees.

  • No refunds will be issued in these cases.
